Kappa Delta Phi, NAS believes that you, as parents, are a part of your child’s sorority experience.

Kappa looks forward to playing a strong and positive role in your child's college life and beyond, and we hope that you will be an involved and supportive part of this journey.

Learn About Recruitment

From their first days as a New Member, through life after graduation, Kappa Delta Phi NAS offers a structured, supportive experience designed to foster personal growth, academic success, and lifelong connection.

New Member Experience

During the New Member period, your child will learn a great deal about Kappa Delta Phi NAS, including our history, our programs, and, most importantly, our standards and values.

They will receive a Big Sister to help guide them and be their mentor, and they will begin developing friendships that can endure throughout their life. Our Chapters and Emerging Chapters understand clearly that all of this is to be accomplished in an environment that is free of hazing.

At the end of the New Member period, your child will be initiated into Kappa Delta Phi NAS as a full member through a ceremony that is deeply meaningful.

A Supportive Sisterhood

In Kappa Delta Phi NAS, your child will make friends who support, motivate, and challenge them. They will also find guidance in Kappa alumnae who mentor and assist their Chapter or Emerging Chapter.

We wholeheartedly believe that sisterhood in Kappa Delta Phi NAS is for a lifetime.

Commitment to Safety and Accountability

Kappa Delta Phi NAS is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all members. Our Code of Conduct provides a framework for behavior that reflects our shared values, and members are expected to live with integrity, hold each other accountable, and strive for kindness at all times. Through clear expectations and shared responsibility, we work to ensure every member feels supported throughout their experience.
